Der wird bei Histamin- und Fructose-Intoleranz oft gut vertragen, ansonsten einfach weglassen. Zwiebeln: von Frühlingszwiebeln, über weiße Zwiebeln oder Lauch kann alles genommen werden. Wird gar nix vertragen, auch einfach weglassen. Alternativen zu Mango: Mango ist leider sehr fructosehaltig. Wer also ein Problem damit hat, kann die Mango einfach weglassen. Die Suppe schmeckt auch ohne die fruchtige Komponente toll. Quitte oder Papaya wären tolle fructosearme Alternativen. Papaya allerdings ist ein Histamin-Librator und wird nicht immer gut vertragen. Apfel und Möhre wären histaminarme Varianten, aber Achtung beide machen oft Probleme bei Fructose- und Sorbit-Intoleranz. Alternative zu Süßkartoffel: Ihr könnt alle Sorten von Süßkartoffeln nehmen. Sie sind sehr gut verträglich. Solltet Ihr keine bekommen, dann nehmt normale Kartoffeln. Alternative zu Kokosmilch: Die Kokosmilch könnt Ihr durch 300 ml Sahne oder auch Pflanzensahne tauschen.
